The 2013 season kicked off with the Huskies opening their newly renovated $280 million Husky Stadium. The packed house saw them dismantle the 19th ranked Boise State Broncos 38-6. The huskies dominated all aspects of this game with Senior QB Keith Price and Bishop Sankey leading the way on offense and the whole defensive unit coming up big all night not allowing a touchdown. The new Husky Stadium is a thing of beauty, it already had one of the best football settings in the country but now they have brought the fans closer to the action and the lighting at night is much better also. It’s good to be home!
